Why do I put extra effort into helping leaders in new roles?

Over the past 30 years, I have moved 11 times across the U.S. and globally. Each move included starting a new role or expanding my business. I know how energizing it is to step into the next leadership challenge in a new city or country. I also know how exhausting, frustrating, and overwhelming it can be, especially when you are doing it without the right support.

That is why this work is personal to me.

Each engagement is tailored to your priorities, pace, and stage of growth. Most clients meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly by Zoom or in person in Hood River, Oregon.

We begin with an orientation to clarify priorities, current challenges, and what success looks like. From there, the work evolves as your role and environment change.

Many engagements blend executive coaching with business advisory support, addressing immediate challenges while building long-term leadership capacity. Assessments and confidential stakeholder input are available when they add value.

For organizations, focused development programs are available for key leaders, typically running six months with measurable progress.

For many leaders, this becomes a steady, trusted partnership that grows with them.
