EXECUTIVE COACHING
Strategic partnership for leaders navigating complexity and change.
Executive Leadership
Executive leadership is rarely about having perfect answers. It is about making sound decisions under pressure, with incomplete information, while managing competing priorities and stakeholders who all want something different.
Our work creates space to step back and think more strategically about what truly matters. I serve as a trusted advisor and sounding board so you can process challenges, test ideas, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and steadiness.
Clients value a confidential partner who understands both the people and business side of leadership. I offer honest insight and practical tools that help you translate strategy into action.
We focus on real situations, real decisions, and real progress.
New Leaders
Stepping into a new leadership role is one of the most high-stakes transitions a leader faces. The early months shape your credibility, your relationships, and your long-term success in ways that are hard to undo later.
We work together to help you get ahead of the challenges, build the right relationships early, and lead with clarity and confidence from the start.
Integrated Approach
Executive coaching rarely stays in one lane. The conversation may begin with a leadership question, but it often touches the business decision, the team dynamic, the communication challenge, the timing, the risk, and the judgment required.
My approach brings together executive coaching, practical business insight, and deep organizational experience. Each session is shaped by your priorities and the real challenges and opportunities in front of you.
We work on your leadership and on the decisions that move the business forward, considering strategy, people, execution, and communication together, not in isolation.
Much of this work is confidential by nature. You get honest thinking, careful preparation, and a steady partner before the hard moments arrive.
When a leader becomes clearer and steadier, the whole team feels it.
“You are magical. I don’t know how you did it. Your work with my leader has completely changed how we communicate and work as a team. Our numbers are showing it, too. I love my job again. I’m back in the game. Thank you.”
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
A structured partnership built around your priorities
Executive Coaching Built Around You
Most leaders come to coaching because something important is changing. You may be stepping into a bigger role, navigating a difficult team or organizational situation, making a significant career decision, or recognizing that the way you have led until now may not be what takes you forward.
We begin by clarifying what matters most, what is getting in the way, and what success would look like for you. From there, the work evolves with your priorities, role, and environment.
Clients typically meet with me one-on-one, weekly, biweekly, or monthly by Zoom or in person in Hood River, Oregon. The cadence is flexible and can shift as your needs change.
Our work may blend executive coaching with business and organizational advisory support. We can address the decisions, conversations, team dynamics, and leadership challenges in front of you while also working on the patterns, beliefs, and habits shaping your longer-term effectiveness.
Assessments and confidential stakeholder input may be added when they would provide useful insight.
For many leaders, this becomes a steady, trusted partnership that helps them think more clearly, lead more effectively, and navigate change without losing themselves.
Company-Sponsored Executive Coaching Programs
Organizations may also sponsor the Great Leadership Matters™ Executive Coaching Program, a structured six-month program for one or more key leaders.
Each leader receives a private, one-on-one coaching experience tailored to their development priorities and the organization’s business needs. The program combines assessment, confidential stakeholder feedback, customized development planning, coaching and consulting, and follow-up measurement.
The goal is to strengthen leadership effectiveness, support meaningful and measurable progress, and increase each leader’s impact across the team and organization.
