HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

A structured partnership for the road ahead


We work together in private sessions via Zoom, phone, or in person in Hood River. The pace and structure are built around where you are and what you need, whether you are ready to move quickly or want to take the time to reflect, recharge, and redirect before taking action.

Phase 1 — Career Vision We start by getting clear on what you want and why. Through conversation and targeted assessments, we define the roles, environments, and opportunities that align with who you are and the impact you want to make at this stage of your career.

Phase 2 — Action Plan From that clarity we build a targeted strategy, researching opportunities, activating your network, and positioning you effectively. We also work through any mindset or confidence blocks that might slow you down.

Phase 3 — Work the Plan We move from strategy to action, interviewing, negotiating your offer, and setting yourself up for a strong start. For senior leaders this includes executive compensation negotiation and a clear plan for the critical first 90 days.
